Alerts and Tilt Risk Shield
Indisciplined trading usually happens after consecutive losses. When you lose emotional control and try to win back lost money quickly, you enter a state of Tilt. Kaptur features intelligent shields to detect this state and protect your account.
1. The "Tilt Risk" Shield
The Tilt shield activates automatically under a strict mathematical rule:
- Trigger Condition: It triggers if you accumulate 3 or more consecutive losing sell (SELL) executions on the same day.
- Lock Screen Activation: The application will display a translucent red screen overlay with a blurred background (Tilt Risk Detected).
- Interaction Lock: This screen blocks any additional saving or scanning actions to force you to take a physical break and prevent further revenge trading.
- Mental Calm: You will be presented with a warning reminding you of the dangers of overtrading under stress, and a calm button to exit the lock screen and return safely to the Dashboard.
2. Behavioral Stories (Revenge Trades)
Kaptur analyzes your past trades to detect revenge patterns and warns you via dynamic Behavioral Stories on your dashboard:
- Revenge Detection: If you record losing trades tagged with
#Revengeor#Venganza, the rules engine will generate informative stories analyzing how this factor drains your profit factor. - Quick Filter: You can tap the quick action buttons in the stories to instantly see all trades affected by this psychological bias and fix your playbook.
3. What to Do When the App Prompts You to Calm Down
If the Tilt shield activates or you detect a destructive streak:
- Close the App: Put your phone aside immediately.
- Step Away from Screens: Get up from your trading desk for at least 15 minutes.
- Drink Water or Walk: Break the frustration loop by changing your physical environment.
- Review your Playbook: Do not trade again until you have run Focus Mode to reset your mindset.
